Best wishes to former Construction Services Manager Kevin Jennings as he starts his new job as Battalion Chief in charge of Emergency Services with the City of Ukiah Fire Department. We all appreciate your hard work in your 11 years here at RCHDC.

Rural Communities Housing Development Corporations celebrates its 364th completed Self-Help home this year. So far this year RCHDC has completed 29 Self-Help homes, which include:

10 homes on Melody Lane in Upper Lake (Lake County)
7 homes on East Oak Street in Fort Bragg (Mendocino County)
12 homes in McKinleyville (Humboldt County)

RCHDC currently has 106 lots under development and we plan on starting around 50 new Self-Help homes next year.
