40 units­ — 1 and 2 BR + 3 BR manager's unit: Special needs; 20 units set aside for seriously mentally ill homeless individuals, 10 units set aside for developmentally delayed individuals, 9 for general low-income individuals/families, and 1 property manager unit. 

Site amenities: Traditional laundry, manager’s office, community room, vegetable garden, picnic tables, net-zero energy building, and on-site mental health services.

Funding: 9% Tax Credits, No Place Like Home, Affordable Housing Program, Mental Health Services Act, Homeless Housing Assistance and Prevention Program, and Permanent Local Housing Allocation.  

Estimated project completion date: Oct 2024.

Siskiyou Crossroads  New Construction in Yreka, CA

50 units­ — Studio, 1 and 2 BR + 3 BR manager's unit: Special needs; 24 units set aside for seriously mentally ill homeless individuals, 25 for general low-income individuals/families, and 1 property manager unit. 

Site amenities: Traditional laundry, manager’s office, community room, vegetable garden, picnic tables, net-zero energy building, and on-site mental health services.

Funding: 9% Tax Credits, No Place Like Home, Mental Health Services Act, Partnership Healthplan of CA, Homeless Housing Assistance and Prevention Program and Permanent Local Housing Allocation.  

Estimated project completion date: November 2023.

32 units­ — 1 and 2 BR + 3 BR manager's unit: Special needs; 15 units set aside for seriously mentally ill homeless individuals, 16 for general low-income individuals/families, and 1 property manager unit.

30 units­ — 1 and 2 BR + 3 BR manager's unit: Special needs; 14 units set aside for seriously mentally ill homeless individuals, 15 for general low-income individuals/families and 1 property manager unit.

40 units­ — 1 and 2 BR + 3 BR manager's unit: Special needs; 10 units set aside for developmentally delayed individuals, 10 for transitional age youth, 10 for homeless or in-house supportive services clients. The remaining 10 units will be designated as 9 general low-income units and 1 property manager unit. 

Site amenities: Traditional laundry, manager’s office, community room, vegetable garden, picnic tables, net-zero energy building, and on-site mental health services.

Funding: 9% Tax Credits, HOME and Mendocino County Loan of Partnership Health Plan. 

Project completion date: June 2021.

38 units­ — 1 BR and SRO + 3 BR manager’s unit: Special needs (seriously mentally ill homeless or at risk of homelessness.) 

Site amenities: Traditional laundry, manager’s office, community room, vegetable garden, picnic tables, net-zero energy building, and on-site mental health services.

Funding: 9% Tax Credits, AHP and Mendocino County MHSA.

Project completion date: May 2019.
